Ingredients
  

Chocolate Cake

  • 3 Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar 1/3 cup
  • 80 g All-purpose flour 2/3 cup
  • 20 g Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • 30 ml Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • 50 ml Milk 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Caramel

  • 150 g Sugar 3/4 cup
  • 150 ml Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
  • 120 g Butter 1/2 cup
  • 6 tbsp Peanuts To add while assembling the cake

Cheese Cream

  • 170 g Mascarpone cheese 3/4 cup | 6 oz
  • 200 g Cream cheese 1 cup | 8 oz
  • 150 ml Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  • 25 g Powdered sugar 3,5 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Glaze

  • 180 g Milk chocolate 6.5 oz | 1 cup + 1 tbsp
  • 75 ml Heavy cream 1/3 cup
  • 35 g Crushed peanuts 4 tbsp

Peanut Butter Chantilly

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 150 ml Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
  • 23 g Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
