Method
- Bake the flour for 10 min in an oven preheated to 175 C | 340F.
- Melt the butter all the way all 70%.
- When the butter cools, add the brown sugar, white sgar, vanilla and the salt. Mix together until creamy.
- Add the milk and mix briefly to combine.
- Add the baked flour when cooled. don't add it still hot.
- Add the chocolate chips and fild them in.
- Refregirate for half an hour.
- Enjoy!
