Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 75 g Unsalted Butter 1/3 cup
  • 65 g Brown Sugar 1/3 cup
  • 36 g White Sugar 3 tbsp
  • 100 g All-Purpose Flour 3/4 cup
  • 15 ml Milk 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 60 g Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup
  • 1 cup Melted Chocolate for the chocolate balls Optional

Method
 

  1. Bake the flour for 10 min in an oven preheated to 175 C | 340F.
  2. Melt the butter all the way all 70%.
  3. When the butter cools, add the brown sugar, white sgar, vanilla and the salt. Mix together until creamy.
  4. Add the milk and mix briefly to combine.
  5. Add the baked flour when cooled. don't add it still hot.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and fild them in.
  7. Refregirate for half an hour.
  8. Enjoy!
