How to Make Baked Donuts | Easy and Quick | No-Kneading & No-Yeast

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gr All-Purpose Flour 2 Cups (slightly packed)
  • 250 gr White Sugar 1 Cup
  • 8 gr Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt A pinch
  • 1 Egg
  • 255 ml Whole Milk 1 Cup + 1 tbsp
  • 30 gr Butter (Melted) 2 tbsp
Milk Chocolate Ganache (To Glaze About 10 Donuts)
  • 30 ml Heavy Cream 1/8 Cup
  • 90 gr Milk Chocolate 1/2 Cup Chopped
White Chocolate Ganache (To Glaze About 10 Donuts)
  • 25 ml Heavy cream 1.5 tbsp
  • 90 gr White Chocolate 1/2 Cup Chopped
  • Food Coloring Optional
Cinnamon Sugar (To Glaze About 10 Donuts)
  • 30 gr Melted Butter 1/8 Cup
  • 100 gr White Sugar 1/2 Cup
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Optional
  • Icing Sugar, Funfetti, Sprinkles, Caramel..

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ℃ / 347°F.
  2. Sift or whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the milk with the egg, vanilla extract, and cooled melted butter. Whisk together until well combined.
  4. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour the wet ingredients and fold together until there are no more flour lumps in the mixture.
  5. Grease and flour a metal donut baking tray or a donuts silicone molds.
  6. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
  7. Allow to slightly cool before unmolding. You can store them in the freezer for up to 3 months, or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Use parchment paper between the donuts if you will be layering them.
Chocolate Ganache.
  1. Simmer the heavy cream.
  2. Pour it over chopped chocolate.
  3. Allow it to sit for 1 minute, then use a spatula to stir until smooth.
  4. If the chocolate is not completely melted, microwave for 30 seconds or use a double boiler.
  5. dip the donuts in the ganache and add your favorite topping.
Cinnamon Sugar and Icing Sugar Baked Donuts.
  1. Brush the donuts with the melted butter before adding the cinnamon sugar or the icing sugar.
