Ingredients
  

The Base

  • 3 tbsp Crushed Biscuits Digestives or biscuits of choice
  • 14 gr Butter (Melted) 1 tbsp

Cheesecake

  • 75 gr Cream Cheese 5 tbsp
  • 1 Egg White
  • 12 gr Sugar 3 tsp
  • 3 gr All-Purpose FLour 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 2 tsp Strawberry Jam Optional

Instructions
 

  • Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
  • Press the mixture on the bottom of the mug or ramekin.
  • Combine cream cheese, egg white, sugar, flour, and vanilla till creamy and pour in on the crushed biscuits base.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Add the strawberry jam (Microwave for 30 seconds of too thick).
  • Enjoy!
