- A Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon Butter
- 14 gr Butter 1 tbsp
- 6 gr Sugar 1.5 tsp
- 1,5 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the batter ingredients together.
- Make the cinnamon butter by adding the sugar and cinnamon to the butter.
- Layer the batter and the cinnamon butter in a microwave safe mug or ramekin. Leave a teaspoon of the butter sinnamon to add to the topping.
- Microwave for 1 minute.

- 3 gr All-Purpose FLour 1 tsp

Topping
- 2 tsp Strawberry Jam Optional
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture on the bottom of the mug or ramekin.
