One Minute Microwave Cinnamon Roll in a Mug

Ingredients
Batter
- 32 gr All-Purpose Flour 4 tbsp
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 45 ml Milk 3 tbsp
- 7 ml Vegetable Oil 1/2 tbsp
- 9 gr Sugar 2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon Butter
- 14 gr Butter 1 tbsp
- 6 gr Sugar 1.5 tsp
- 1,5 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the batter ingredients together.
- Make the cinnamon butter by adding the sugar and cinnamon to the butter.
- Layer the batter and the cinnamon butter in a microwave safe mug or ramekin. Leave a teaspoon of the butter sinnamon to add to the topping.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Add topping of choice, glaze, icing, or simply more cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
