Chocolate Icecream bars are everyone’s favorite summer treat. In today’s recipe, I want to share with you how I make delicious and super creamy ice cream bars, and I will be making two versions, with milk chocolate and white chocolate. The chocolate ice cream bars we are making today are definitely inspired by the magnum bars, that is why I will be adding crushed nuts to the outer chocolate shell, so delicious and fancy while really easy to make.

Milk Cream Choco Bar Ice Cream

The toasted milk powder added to the ice cream base adds a lot of flavor and texture to the ice cream, it gives the ice cream a delicious and deep milk flavor, and balances nicely with the crunchy layer of white chocolate and nuts. So delicious and creamy.

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup
  • 190 gr Sweeteneden Condensed Milk 1/2 Can

Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • 31 gr Milk Powder 4 tbsp
  • 200 gr White Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp

Double Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • 22 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
  • 200 gr Milk Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Start mixing the heavy cream and add the sweetened condensed milk, continue beating till creamy.

Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • Toast the milk powder in a hot pan for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  • Add the milk powder to the ice cream and fold it on.
  • Pour in the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Melt the white chocolate, add the chopped nuts.
  • Remove the ice bars from the freezer and immediately dip them in the melted chocolate with nuts.
  • Freeze, until the chocolate sets.
  • Enjoy!
