Choco Bar Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup
  • 190 gr Sweeteneden Condensed Milk 1/2 Can

Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • 31 gr Milk Powder 4 tbsp
  • 200 gr White Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp

Double Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • 22 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
  • 200 gr Milk Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Start mixing the heavy cream and add the sweetened condensed milk, continue beating till creamy.

Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream

  • Toast the milk powder in a hot pan for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  • Add the milk powder to the ice cream and fold it on.
  • Pour in the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Melt the white chocolate, add the chopped nuts.
  • Remove the ice bars from the freezer and immediately dip them in the melted chocolate with nuts.
  • Freeze, until the chocolate sets.
  • Enjoy!
