Method
- Start mixing the heavy cream and add the sweetened condensed milk, continue beating till creamy.
Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream
- Toast the milk powder in a hot pan for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
- Add the milk powder to the ice cream and fold it on.
- Pour in the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Melt the white chocolate, add the chopped nuts.
- Remove the ice bars from the freezer and immediately dip them in the melted chocolate with nuts.
- Freeze, until the chocolate sets.
