Choco Bar Ice Cream

Servings: 6 Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 240 ml Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Cup
  • 190 gr Sweeteneden Condensed Milk 1/2 Can
Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream
  • 31 gr Milk Powder 4 tbsp
  • 200 gr White Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp
Double Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream
  • 22 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
  • 200 gr Milk Chocolate 1 Cup / 7oz
  • 20 gr Chopped Nuts (Almonds or Peanuts) 3 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Start mixing the heavy cream and add the sweetened condensed milk, continue beating till creamy.
Milk Cream and White Chocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream
  1. Toast the milk powder in a hot pan for a couple of minutes and allow it to cool.
  2. Add the milk powder to the ice cream and fold it on.
  3. Pour in the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Melt the white chocolate, add the chopped nuts.
  5. Remove the ice bars from the freezer and immediately dip them in the melted chocolate with nuts.
  6. Freeze, until the chocolate sets.
