Ingredients
- 1 Mango About 300g
- 200 ml Heavy Cream 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp
- 15 gr Icing Sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Pell the mago and cube the flesh.
- Keep some fresh mango cubes for garnish.
- Puree the mango with half the quantity of the icing sugar (1 tbsp)
- Beat the heavy cream with the remaining 1 tbsp of the icing sugar until it's creamy and forms stiff peaks.
- Add two tablespoons of the mango puree to the serving cups.
- Fold the remaining mango puree into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mango mousse on the puree and garnish with the fresh cubes you have saved.
- Serve and enjoy cold.
Notes
If you have trouble making a creamy and fluffy whipped cream, try adding some whipped cream stabilizer.
