Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango About 300g
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp
  • 15 gr Icing Sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Pell the mago and cube the flesh.
  • Keep some fresh mango cubes for garnish.
  • Puree the mango with half the quantity of the icing sugar (1 tbsp)
  • Beat the heavy cream with the remaining 1 tbsp of the icing sugar until it's creamy and forms stiff peaks.
  • Add two tablespoons of the mango puree to the serving cups.
  • Fold the remaining mango puree into the whipped cream.
  • Pour the mango mousse on the puree and garnish with the fresh cubes you have saved.
  • Serve and enjoy cold.

Notes

If you have trouble making a creamy and fluffy whipped cream, try adding some whipped cream stabilizer.
